How long does it take to get my products?

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are dispatched from Sunshine Coast, QLD.


  • Sunshine Coast & QLD Metro: 1–2 business days

  • QLD Regional: 2–4 business days

  • NSW & VIC Metro: 2–5 business days

  • SA & ACT: 3–6 business days


WA, TAS, NT & Regional Areas: 4–7 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods.

Refunds & Returns
  • Change of Mind: Unopened and unused products can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

    For food safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

  • Faulty or Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll cover return shipping and provide a refund or replacement.

  • Incorrect Items: If we sent the wrong product, we’ll fix it with a replacement or refund, at no extra cost.

This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
